We had a long big hug and we agreed to both each other that we don't like what's happening now but we both think as well, we both agree that we think it's the best in this situation. Sometimes, sometimes don't work out as everybody wants to work out. Me personally I have a very good relationship always with him, this will stay. So this was pretty much the last talk, it was kind of sad, we had a long hug but we had both a smile on our faces and we assured ourselves to keep a good relationship. It's not personal from his side, I can totally understand that he feels hurt. I feel also not happy if things like this happen, it always leaves something that we didn't bring it to the full potential which is my job also and my responsibility. So it's always a kind of a sad moment but in this particular situation it was the best solution to.
