Summary:

There's been a steady stream of people coming down here to the spot behind me where the crash happened last night. They've been coming all day. There have been plenty of very young children with their families, as of course the little girl who died was just seven years old. They've been bringing teddies, balloons, flowers and they've been writing tributes and one said, I will remember your beautiful soul forever, thinking and praying for your family. Well, one local woman I spoke to said she realised that something was happening just before seven o'clock last night. We just heard the helicopter really loud outside our window and looked out and saw the air ambulance on the field and then saw all the flashing blue lights and everything down there and it's just awful. My 13 year old just goes wandering round here and it's making me think should she be out here on her own.

Shock and Grief Among the Community

It's not nice. And it seems like everyone obviously is shocked and sad. Yeah, definitely. 100 percent. It's heartbreaking. I mean, the poor family tried to think what they're going through. That's a sentiment echoed by West Midlands police who today said this is a heartbreaking situation that no family should ever have to go through.

Urgent Appeal for Information

They've also urged anyone to come forward with any information they have, however large or small, saying this is not about protecting people. This is about doing the right thing.

The investigation is ongoing, and the community remains in mourning over the tragic loss of the young girl. Authorities are determined to bring justice to the grieving family and hold the responsible party accountable for their actions.
