Are Iranian Schoolgirls Being Poisoned?

We are not able to understand what is happening. We are going to go to the hospital and take a quick walk. More than 1,000 schoolgirls in Iran have been poisoned with unknown chemicals, causing many to be hospitalized. The children targeted have reported headaches, heart palpitations and in some cases being unable to move. Some described smelling rotten tangerines, chlorine or cleaning products before falling sick. This is a gas station. At first, it was a gas station.

The children were praying. One of the children's activities was to have a color night. We came here because of the need to take out the children. Some fear the poisonings could be an attempt to close schools for girls and that there are response to the women led protests after Masa Amini's death. The poisoning started in November, just two months after Amini died, following her arrest by Iran's morality police. This Iranian activist has spoken with a girl who was targeted. She ended up in a hospital.

She is one of the cases that the periodic loss of consciousness happened to her for a week. Still, she is scared but she is going back to school. And this is the other thing that some of them feel like if they stop going to school, they're going to lose the right of going to school forever. Iranian officials initially denied the poisonings were happening but have now called them intentional attacks on students in 30 different schools. But this Iranian security officials still claims that they've been exaggerated by the media. We don't have any specific problems with the police. We haven't been able to attend the funeral until we were released from the police.

It's believed one person thought to be a tanker driver has been arrested and the Iranian teachers union have called for a nationwide meeting of teachers in protest against the poisonings.
