As the cyclone intensified, so did the panic. Here in southeast Bangladesh, hundreds of thousands left their homes in coastal areas for shelter. Some even brought their livestock. Janet carried her two-month-old baby from their home on the banks of a river. Every classroom in the school is absolutely packed with people who have left their homes seeking shelter from the cyclone.
